1. Subscription Fees

The subscription plan price for Treelane is ₹30 per month. All subscription payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Once a user subscribes to a plan, they gain immediate access to premium features and services, which cannot be reversed. Users are advised to carefully review their subscription details before making a purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

Treelane offers a 100% refund if a user cancels their subscription within the first 3 days of purchase. After 3 days and up to 7 days, an 80% refund will be provided, with the remaining 20% deducted as a processing fee. After the 7-day period, no refunds will be granted.

Example: If a user subscribes to a premium plan for ₹30 and cancels within 3 days, they will receive ₹30 as a full refund. If they cancel between 4 to 7 days, they will receive ₹24, with ₹6 deducted as a processing fee.

3. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds may be granted in specific situations, such as unauthorized charges, duplicate payments, or technical issues preventing access to the service. Treelane reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.

Example 1: If a user is charged twice for a subscription due to a billing system error, they must provide proof of duplicate charges, and after verification, Treelane will process a refund.

Example 2: If a freelancer purchases a premium plan but is unable to access paid features due to a system malfunction, they can submit a refund request, and after issue verification, the payment will be reimbursed.

4. Refund Request Process

Users requesting a refund must submit their request within the 7-day period to qualify for a refund. Requests should include transaction details, payment receipts, and a valid reason for the refund. Once received, the request will be reviewed, and the user will be notified of the decision within 5-10 business days.
